Hello, I’m Sharlene

I am passionate about natural health, using herbs for medicine and energy healing.
As a registered Medical Herbalist, Naturopath and Sentaura Alchemist of Light healing practitioner I have helped many people on their personal healing journeys, none of which are ever the same. I draw on my twenty years of experience to design and implement individual healing plans covering all aspects of your health; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I use a wide range of tools – like live blood analysis, iridology and astrology – all aimed at finding out who you are and bringing you into better health, feeling whole, happy and on the path of continued wellness.
I also facilatate retreats, workshops and herbal foraging walks around the gorgeous New Zealand bush.
